Patty grew up in Boise and fell in love with Island Park after she and her husband, Tom, began vacationing there in 1997. Over the years, they returned often for family reunions, enjoying camping, fishing, ATVing, and snowmobiling in the scenic outdoors.
In 2013, Patty and Tom purchased their first cabin in Island Park. Since then, they’ve bought and sold several properties. Her hands-on experience with buying, selling, and managing properties gave Patty valuable insight into the local market. Encouraged by a friend who saw her potential, she decided to pursue her real estate license.
While in real estate school, Patty met her future business partner, Andy Zehrung. The two shared a vision for serving the Island Park area with integrity and deep local knowledge. In 2019, after Tom accepted an early retirement package, Patty and Tom moved to Island Park permanently, fulfilling their dream of mountain living. Shortly after, Patty and Andy teamed up to create Mountain Life Realty and launch the Mountain Life Team.
Today, Patty specializes in all of Island Park, Idaho, offering expert guidance in residential, commercial, and land transactions for both buyers and sellers. She brings unmatched dedication and a heartfelt passion for Island Park to every client relationship.
In 2023, Patty helped form another meaningful partnership: The Mountain Life Charitable Foundation, where she proudly serves as President. The foundation is dedicated to giving back to the Island Park community through events, outreach, and support for local causes—another reflection of Patty’s deep love for the area and commitment to its people.
